Add comments to the comment section if needed
For example, I’m interested in sailing on yacht (Name if known) I need a chef that will prepare my gluten free meals or you can leave general comments or questions.
This information is used to find you or your group a specific type of Yacht for the dates or date range you specify
We need your Budget range along with your desired location where you would like to charter
What are the types of activities you would like to do while on charter and the charter type
We need to know if there are any and how many children and their ages: this could possibly lower the cost of the charter

Once we receive your inquiry, we’ll respond with several yacht choices that fit your criteria, usually including an e-brochure for each recommendation.

STEP 2 – YOU’VE PICKED A YACHT.
WHAT’S NEXT?
Get ready to get excited, you’ve chosen your yacht! Here’s what happens next:
We place a hold on the yacht with the management company to secure your spot on their booking calendar. Then, we schedule a call to gather a bit more information from you and walk you through the contract process. During this conversation, we’ll also discuss your planned activities and set expectations for your charter experience.
Next, we draft the contract and review it with you. Once everything looks good, we send you the contract for signature, along with wire instructions and payment details. You sign the contract and pay your deposit to confirm your booking. For charters booked more than six months in advance, payments are split into three installments.
The contract is then forwarded to the yacht owner or their representative for final signature, and your yacht status is updated to “booked” on the calendar. Final payment is due 30 days before your charter, including the Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA), if applicable. We’ll keep in touch and coordinate your travel details to the boat.
