Alison’s passion for the ocean began in Zimbabwe, where she learned to sail on Optimists before crewing with her father on a Flying Dutchman. She later fulfilled a lifelong dream by sailing the world with her husband, André.

Having spent nearly a decade operating a successful crewed charter yacht in the British Virgin Islands, Alison has gained first-hand knowledge of the yachts, crews, and destinations that create unforgettable charter experiences. With more than 30,000 sea miles, she has sailed the South African coastline, crossed the Atlantic, and cruised extensively throughout the Caribbean, the Bahamas, and Florida.

As a former charter yacht owner and professional crew member, Alison doesn’t just sell charter vacations—she has lived them every day. She understands every aspect of the charter experience from both the client and operational sides of the industry.

Before entering the charter industry, Alison enjoyed a successful career in sales and financial services, where understanding clients’ needs and building lasting relationships were the foundation of her success. She now combines that client-focused approach with years of hands-on charter expertise to help each client find the perfect yacht, crew, and itinerary for an unforgettable vacation.
